I see the pattern of cycles everywhere. The energy in the system keeps it in motion, and it's easy to get lost in the chaos of the details. Reflection, empathy, and listening give space to find the solution and the moment to seize.
I seek challenge and exploration, solve the next problem, understand the next frontier, adapt and learn.
Learn from those who've seen more than you, teach those who will follow, and then reverse the cycle and learn from those who have fresh eyes — and remind those who are tired and jaded that the world can be filled with wonder and amazement.
The cycle is just a pattern. It's trite and easy to use. But sometimes even the clown car will get you where you need to be.
